Booking Terms & Conditions
- Payment: A deposit of 50% is required upon booking confirmation, and the remaining 50% must be paid at least 7 days prior to the event (December 23, 2025).
- Single Room Policy: Single occupancy (SGL) for double rooms is not accepted.
- Holiday Vouchers: Partial payment using holiday vouchers is accepted.
- Availability: This offer is valid only while rooms last.
Cancellation Policy
- The advance payment (deposit) will be refunded only if the cancellation is announced by November 1, 2025.
- Any cancellation or modification must be submitted in writing to: contact@conaculbratescu.ro.
